How will this program be delivered?
This is a 12-week program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet for a coaching call on a select day and time. In addition, you'll get assignments to complete during the week, and I'm available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it. 

To start the program, you'll be asked to complete two assessments, and we'll schedule a 1-on-1 call to debrief the assessments and discuss specific challenges and goals for your personal situation. 

Towards the end of the program, we will have one additional 1-on-1 call to plan out your future development goals and next steps.
